App of the Week: Bill Atkinson PhotoCard

The Bill Atkinson Photo Card app is designed for creating graphically beautiful postcards to send to friends and relatives. It is a great tool for our English Language Learners since they can both type in text and record an audio narration. Download the App of the Week: Bill Atkinson PhotoCard
